About
Architecture should be open to scrutiny.
Architecture in the Open is a personal publication about enterprise architecture, technology and change.
I use it to explore the decisions behind the diagrams: how strategy, platforms, data, applications, operating models and delivery connect — and what happens when they do not.
The emphasis is practical rather than doctrinal. Expect opinions, patterns, lessons from real-world change, and the occasional challenge to architecture orthodoxy.
